Head of Partnerships and Community

Holly Westcott is the Head of Partnerships and Community for the Netstrata Foundation, leading the development of strategic relationships and community engagement initiatives that support the Foundation’s mission to strengthen social and public welfare outcomes across Australia.

Holly brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, program support, and community-focused initiatives, with a strong track record of building trusted partnerships across the not-for-profit, corporate and local community sectors. Her work is centred on connecting organisations, supporters and community groups to create collaborative opportunities that deliver meaningful and measurable impact.

At the Foundation, Holly is responsible for guiding partnership development, managing community programs, and supporting the delivery of sponsored initiatives with our charity partners. She works closely with the Executive Director and the Board to expand the Foundation’s reach and ensure all community activities align with our charitable purpose.
